Privacy, in plain language.

When you send a request through the form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, organization, your relationship to the property, the property's address, what kind of place it is, and anything else you choose to add, such as phone, size, timing or notes. The form is processed by our host, Netlify, and delivered to Michael by email. If you write to us directly, we receive your email.

We use this only to respond to you, and to understand, scope and deliver the work. It is never sold, and never shared for marketing.

Capture means going into real places, so we need to know who is asking and where the property is before anything is scheduled. Every request is read by a person. Before any site visit we confirm by phone or video who you are, the property, and that you can arrange access.

• Please don't send door codes, lockbox combinations or keys through the form or by email. We'll arrange access with you directly.
• We don't publish our own schedule or availability.

AI assistants are welcome to read this site and to help you draft a request. Requests are accepted only from people: an agent can fill in the form, but you review it and send it yourself. There is no automated booking, and no API that accepts requests. Guidance for agents is at /developers/ and /llms.txt.

A spatial capture records whatever is in a space. We capture only with the permission of someone who can grant access to it. For an occupied space, the client is responsible for letting occupants know beforehand, and we'll agree together what should be kept out of the capture.

Ownership of the capture files, who can access them, how long they're hosted and whether anything can be shown publicly are all agreed in writing for each engagement. We don't publish a capture of your property without your permission.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your browser's IP address when a page loads. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs. We don't run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

We keep inquiries as long as they're needed to respond and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to michael444@innercartography.one.
