Start with the place.

The fastest way to start is the request form. Choose whether you want a capture of a small space or want to discuss a larger project, and tell us who you are and where the place is.

Good for partnerships, press, research, or anything that doesn't fit the form.

• Your name and organization, or that you're asking as an individual
• Your relationship to the property: owner, manager, tenant, broker, architect or other
• The property's address, or the nearest cross streets
• What kind of place it is and roughly how big
• What you want the record to do, if you know

Please don't send door codes, lockbox combinations or keys. We arrange access with you directly.

Nothing is scheduled automatically. We reply by email, and before any site visit we confirm by phone or video who you are, the property, and that you can arrange access. Every engagement is quoted in writing first. See engagements and pricing.
